**Role Overview** The **PMO Lead / Specialist** serves as a critical bridge between **organizational strategy and project execution**. This role ensures that all projects and programs are aligned with the companys strategic objectives and are delivered **on time, within scope, and within budget**. The role requires strong engagement with executive leadership, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive execution excellence and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities1\. Strategic \& Executive Responsibilities * Align project and program portfolios with the companys strategic vision and business goals. * Provide regular, concise reporting to C\-level executives on project status, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization. * Develop executive dashboards and performance reports to support informed decision\-making. * Identify portfolio\-level risks, interdependencies, and opportunities for optimization or growth. * Support leadership in prioritization, governance, and investment decisions across projects. 2\. Engineering \& Technical Responsibilities * Partner with engineering and technical teams to plan, prioritize, and execute project deliverables. * Ensure technical feasibility, appropriate resource allocation, and adherence to delivery timelines. * Establish, implement, and continuously improve project management frameworks, tools, and processes. * Monitor technical dependencies, bottlenecks, delivery risks, and quality assurance metrics. * Promote best practices in delivery, documentation, and continuous improvement. 3\. Business \& Operational Responsibilities * Coordinate cross\-functional teams to ensure projects deliver measurable business value. * Track budgets, forecasts, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all initiatives. * Translate complex technical project updates into clear business insights for stakeholders. * Lead stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and change management activities. * Ensure compliance with governance standards, policies, and reporting requirements. Qualifications \& Experience * Bachelors degree in **Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field**. * **PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification** preferred. * **5\+ years of experience in project or program management within multi\-functional environments.** * Proven experience working with executive leadership and translating strategy into execution.
