We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced **QA/QC Engineer** to oversee and ensure quality compliance on all construction activities, with a particular focus on **material submittals, approvals, inspections**, and documentation. The ideal candidate will be familiar with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for CIVIL and STEEL works. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer (or equivalent discipline). Diploma in Engineering may be acceptable with additional relevant experience. Minimum 3 years’ GCC experience in Civil and Structural works Driver's License (Required) UPDA License (Preferred) **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and submit **Material Submittals** and **Method Statements** in accordance with project specifications and consultant/client requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical data, certifications, samples, and compliance documents. * Liaise with consultants and clients for material approvals and respond to technical comments or clarifications. * Monitor and inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet approved specifications and quality standards. * Conduct regular site inspections and QA/QC checks to verify that work is being carried out as per approved drawings and standards. * Maintain and update **Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)**, quality checklists, and related QA/QC documentation. * Issue **Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs)** and ensure proper follow\-up and closure of corrective actions. * Ensure proper documentation and filing of quality records for audits and handover. * Coordinate with construction and procurement teams to resolve material or quality\-related issues. * Support in the preparation of final QA/QC dossiers and handing over documentation at project completion.
