Uphold highest quality standards throughout production processes We are seeking a highly experienced **Asphalt Quality Control Engineer** to join our Asphalt Division. The successful candidate will possess extensive hands\-on experience in Qatar’s asphalt sector and demonstrate strong expertise in local regulations, standards, and quality procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure full compliance with QCS, QTCM, and MOTC standards across all asphalt operations * Supervise and monitor asphalt plant quality control activities * Conduct and oversee site inspections, sampling, and testing works * Review, verify, and approve laboratory and field test results * Liaise with consultants, clients, and project teams to secure required approvals * Uphold and maintain the highest quality standards throughout production, laying, and compaction processes Qualifications \& Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 8 years of Asphalt Quality Control experience within Qatar (mandatory) * Strong knowledge of QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications), QTCM (Qatar Traffic Control Manual), and MOTC standards * MMUP/UPDA certification (preferred) * Valid Qatar driving license (preferred) Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
