Key Responsibilities **Design System Ownership** Maintain and improve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products **End to End Product Design** Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and final delivery **Collaboration with Engineering** Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design components and user interactions **User Research and Validation** Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions **Stakeholder Communication** Present design concepts clearly to internal teams and stakeholders, explaining both the reasoning and impact What We Are Looking For **Experience** At least 5 to 8 years of experience in product design UX UI with proven experience working on complex digital products **Portfolio** A strong portfolio demonstrating end to end design process including problem definition, exploration, and final outcomes **Technical Skills** Advanced proficiency in Figma including auto layout, prototyping, and design systems Understanding of frontend development principles is a strong advantage **Communication Skills** Strong English communication skills required for cross functional collaboration Arabic language skills are a plus but not required **Mindset** A practical and solution oriented designer who balances creativity with business goals and delivery timelines Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR30,000\.00 \- QAR32,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
