Key Responsibilities * Provide technical support via phone, email, WhatsApp, or ticketing system * Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues * Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications * Monitor system performance and report issues * Escalate complex problems to the development team * Maintain proper documentation of support cases * Train users on system usage when required * Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution Technical Skill Required * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) * Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, router configuration) * Knowledge of database basics (MSSql – basic queries) * Network cabling and crimbing * Basic understanding of web applications and hosting * Ability to read logs and identify system errors Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR3,000\.00 per month
