Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients We are seeking an experienced **Civil Estimator (Interior Fit\-Out)** to manage cost estimation and bidding for interior construction projects. The successful candidate will prepare accurate estimates, quantity take\-offs, and competitive proposals, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects meet requirements, budgets, and timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit\-out projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. * Perform quantity take\-offs to determine material and labor requirements. * Compile and submit competitive bid proposals with pricing, timelines, and exclusions. * Monitor market trends, material costs, and labor rates to maintain accurate estimates. * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost\-effective solutions. * Identify project risks and recommend contingencies. * Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and teams to align estimates with project goals. * Review and adjust estimates during project execution as needed. * Apply value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality. * Present estimates to clients and clarify cost breakdowns. * Maintain accurate records of estimates and project documentation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Proven experience as a Civil Estimator in interior fit\-out projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. * Proficiency in estimation software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or equivalent) and Excel/Word. * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to meet deadlines under pressure. * Knowledge of building codes and interior fit\-out regulations.
