The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for **Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)** projects, including fit\-out, commercial, residential, and infrastructure works. The Estimation Engineer will work closely with the engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure competitive and realistic project costing. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare **detailed MEP cost estimates** (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) * Study **tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications** * Perform **quantity take\-offs** and material take\-off (MTO) * Analyze project scope, risks, and commercial requirements * Request and evaluate **supplier and subcontractor quotations** * Prepare **BOQs, cost breakdowns, and pricing sheets** * Assist in **tender submission** and clarification stages * Coordinate with **design, procurement, and project teams** * Review project changes and prepare **variation estimates** * Maintain updated cost databases and pricing records * Ensure compliance with **local authority regulations and standards** **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical / Electrical Engineering** * **3–7 years** of experience in **MEP estimation** * Strong knowledge of **HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting \& ELV systems** * Proficient in **AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software** * Experience with **tenders, BOQs, and value engineering** * Good understanding of **Qatar market rates** and suppliers (preferred) * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines **Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)** **Share your CV via WhatsApp at:** **97470090026** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
