This role embodies the elegance, warmth, and refined service standards of the Raffles brand while ensuring seamless guest flow, assistance, and satisfaction within the lobby area. **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality, creating a lasting first impression * Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance upon arrival and departure * Guide guests to reception, concierge, lounges, restaurants, or other hotel facilities * Assist with guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions * Coordinate closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Security teams to ensure smooth operations * Manage lobby traffic during peak times, ensuring guest comfort and discretion * Assist VIP, VVIP, and long\-stay guests with personalized attention in line with brand standards * Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously and escalate when necessary * Maintain the lobby’s appearance, ensuring it reflects the hotel standards * Observe and report any security or safety concerns promptly * Uphold brand values, grooming standards, and service etiquette at all times **Qualifications** * Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or customer service preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage * Well\-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor * Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast\-paced environment * Cultural awareness and sensitivity to international guests * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Upon receiving the uniform request issue from HR Dept, give the new employee his proper uniform and explain the exchange policy Test material. * Place the uniform request form in a proper file according to the Dept Heading. * Guest laundry which requires simple mending attends to it immediately (sewing of buttons, seams). * In the event of a lost uniform, employee must get a new issue form from HR Dept. Lost and Damage report must be raised and sign by employee \& submit to Executive Housekeeper. * If any employee abuses his/her uniform, report to Linen \& Uniform Room Supervisor * At the end of the shift or the day, she/he has to communicate all information that the next shift has to know for a well running of the operations * Inform Linen \& Uniform Room Supervisor of any defect or damage of furniture or equipment in the uniform room immediately. * Before sending to laundry, check for missing button, torn areas if necessary take care of this before sending to laundry. * Keep all equipments and the uniform room store area are cleaned after work each day. * Separate linen, uniforms and curtains to be condemned from those to be repaired. * Conduct an efficient and courteous service to the guests. **Qualifications** **Your experience and skills include:** * Secondary education or equivalent * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tailor, preferably in the hospitality industry * Strong sewing and alteration skills, with proficiency in various techniques
