




We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well\-presented **Female Receptionist** who is fluent in **Tagalog** to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming front desk experience while supporting smooth daily operations in line with company policies and service standards. Key Responsibilities * Greet, welcome, and check in members and guests, ensuring access complies with membership policies and guidelines. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lobby area in accordance with front desk grooming and appearance standards. * Follow all front desk opening and closing procedures, including system logins and logouts. * Handle member concerns, complaints, and incidents professionally and escalate them to the Supervisor or Division Manager following incident reporting procedures. * Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent member experience. * Direct members and guests to the appropriate department or team based on their inquiries. * Answer and respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and in\-person inquiries regarding memberships, class schedules, spa/clinic services, promotions, and facility rules. Qualifications \& Requirements * Female candidate preferred. * Fluent in **Tagalog**; basic to good English communication skills are an advantage. * Proven experience as a receptionist or customer service representative, ideally in a gym, spa, hotel, or similar member\-focused environment. * Professional appearance with a friendly and service\-oriented attitude. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. * Basic computer literacy and experience using front desk or booking systems. Working Conditions * Front desk–based role with frequent interaction with members and guests. * Shift\-based schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
