Exposure to real-world project-based financial operations Triocon Spaceframes is seeking a detail\-oriented and analytically strong Finance Data Analyst to join our finance team in Al Wakrah. This role focuses on transforming financial data into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, cost optimization, and business performance improvement. The ideal candidate combines financial acumen with strong data analytics skills and a passion for problem\-solving. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business decision\-making * Develop and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and performance metrics * Identify trends, variances, and key drivers affecting financial performance * Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes * Work closely with finance and operations teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency * Automate reporting processes using Excel, BI tools, or other analytics platforms * Ensure integrity and consistency of financial data across systems * Provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability * Assist in month\-end and ad\-hoc financial analysis requests **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field * Proven experience in financial analysis or data analytics roles * Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.) * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage * Strong analytical thinking and problem\-solving skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to present complex data in a clear and structured manner **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries * Knowledge of ERP systems and financial databases * Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools is a plus * Ability to work in a fast\-paced and deadline\-driven environment **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Collaborative and growth\-oriented work environment * Opportunities for professional development in finance and analytics * Exposure to real\-world project\-based financial operations **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV along with a cover letter highlighting relevant experience in financial analysis and data\-driven decision\-making.
