Job Summary: Manages and supervises instrumentation and control systems, leads engineering and maintenance teams, and ensures system reliability and efficiency in oil and gas projects. Key Highlights: 1. Management, design, and supervision of instrumentation and control systems. 2. Leadership of engineering and maintenance teams and provision of technical support. 3. Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and international standards. Instrumentation \& Control Manager Key Responsibilities: * Management, design, and supervision of Instrumentation \& Control Systems. * Supervision of installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for control and automation systems. * Ensuring reliability and efficiency of systems: * DCS * PLC * SCADA * ESD * Fire \& Gas Systems * Review of project engineering drawings and technical documentation. * Leadership of engineering and maintenance teams and provision of technical support for projects and operations. * Coordination with other departments such as Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Contractors. * Monitoring system performance and proposing technical and operational improvements. * Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and international standards such as IEC and ISA. * Management of budgets and schedules for instrumentation and control-related projects. * Supporting FAT / SAT and commissioning activities. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 12–15 years of experience in instrumentation and control, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. * Strong experience in oil and gas projects or large industrial plants. * Advanced knowledge of systems: * Honeywell * Yokogawa * Siemens * Emerson * ABB * Excellent understanding of IEC / ISA / NFPA standards. * Strong leadership, management, and analytical skills. * Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
