Focus on improving business processes through Odoo expertise **Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant1\.** **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions * Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc. * Conduct gap analysis between business needs and Odoo capabilities * Prepare functional specifications for technical team (developers) * Coordinate with stakeholders for implementation and customization * Perform system testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment * Provide user training and documentation * Support post\-implementation issues and system improvements **2\. Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Accounting, or related field * 2–5 years experience in ERP systems (preferably Odoo) * Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, HR) * Experience in Odoo implementation or support projects **3\. Functional Skills** * Knowledge of Odoo standard modules: * Sales \& CRM * Inventory \& Purchase * Accounting \& Invoicing * HR \& Payroll * Business process mapping and workflow design * Requirement gathering and documentation * Testing and validation (UAT support) **4\.
