Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers. **Position Summary** The **Delivery Driver** is responsible for the safe and timely transportation and delivery of goods to customers, retail outlets, and business partners. The role involves ensuring accurate order delivery, maintaining vehicle safety, and providing professional customer service while representing the company. **Key Responsibilities** **Delivery Operations** * Safely transport and deliver products to customers and assigned locations within scheduled timelines. * Verify delivery details, invoices, and quantities before dispatch and upon delivery. * Obtain customer signatures or confirmations for completed deliveries. **Vehicle Safety \& Maintenance** * Ensure the company vehicle is maintained in good working condition. * Conduct routine vehicle checks including fuel levels, tires, brakes, and cleanliness. * Immediately report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays to the supervisor. **Order Handling** * Load and unload goods carefully to avoid damage. * Ensure products are handled and transported according to company safety and quality standards. * Maintain proper documentation related to deliveries and returns. **Customer Service** * Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers. * Address basic customer inquiries and escalate concerns to the relevant department when necessary. **Compliance \& Safety** * Follow all traffic regulations and safety procedures in accordance with Qatar laws. * Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines. **Qualifications** * High School Diploma or equivalent. **Experience** * **2 – 4 years of experience** as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role. * Experience driving delivery vehicles within **Doha** and surrounding areas. * Experience in retail, distribution, or logistics operations is an advantage. **Requirements** * Valid **Qatar Driving License** (Light Vehicle or Medium Truck as required). * Good knowledge of roads, routes, and locations in **Doha**. * Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Ability to lift and move packages when required.
