Provides courteous customer service to marina users The Dock Attendant supports day\-to\-day marina operations by assisting with vessel berthing activities, maintaining dock facilities, ensuring safety compliance, and providing courteous customer service to marina users. The role is operational and shift\-based, contributing directly to the safe and efficient running of the marina. Key Responsibilities: * Dock Operations \- Assist vessels with docking and undocking operations. * Handle mooring lines and ensure safe securing of vessels. * Guide boaters to assigned berths as directed by the Lead Dock Attendant. * Support guest and crew onboarding and offboarding activities. * Follow marina safety procedures and operational instructions. * Monitor dock areas for hazards and report issues immediately. * Assist during emergencies as instructed by the Lead Dock Attendant. * Ensure compliance with marina rules and safety signage. Customer Service * Greet and assist marina users, guests, and visitors. * Respond to basic inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate contact. * Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times. * Perform routine cleaning of docks and common areas. * Assist with basic dock upkeep and reporting of maintenance needs. * Support marina operations during events and high\-traffic periods. * High School certification * 2\-4 years experience in marina operations, marine or port operations, facilities support \* Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month
