Summary: The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, staff, and customer service to ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Highlights: 1. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service. This role involves supervising staff, managing customer service, and ensuring that the restaurant maintains high standards of food and beverages quality, cleanliness, and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** **Staff Supervision and Training:** Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff. Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling employees. Provide ongoing feedback and support to staff to ensure high performance and development. **Customer Service:** Monitor and ensure excellent customer service. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests. **Operational Efficiency:** Assist in managing restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization. **Quality Control:** Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency. Conduct regular inspections of food and service quality. **Administrative Duties:** Assist in preparing reports on restaurant performance, including sales,and customer feedback. Help with cash handling and financial transactions. **Team Collaboration:** Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff. Communicate effectively with both front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house teams. **Problem\-Solving:** Address and resolve any operational issues that arise during shifts. Implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Experience:** Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar setting preferred. **Skills:** Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high\-pressure situations and multitask effectively. **Knowledge:** Familiarity with food safety standards, restaurant operations, and point\-of\-sale systems. **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in hospitality or management is a plus. **(Must be able to join immediately)** Job Type: Contract Contract length: 24 months Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR4,500\.00 per month
