Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and long\-term agreements. **End\-to\-End Procurement:** Oversee the full procurement cycle from demand planning and sourcing to contract management and delivery tracking. **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor procurement staff, set performance goals, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. **Risk and Compliance:** Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements while proactively managing supply risks. **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with operations, finance, and warehouse teams to align procurement plans with production and business needs. **What We Are Looking For** **Experience:** 8\+ years in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role. **Industry Knowledge:** Strong background in manufacturing, industrial, or plastics\-related procurement environments. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and data analysis tools. **Negotiation Skills:** Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and deliver measurable cost savings. **Language Skills:** English (professional level) is required; Arabic is a plus. **Mindset:** You are analytical and results\-driven.
