Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Job Purpose** To provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet guests warmly and present menus. * Explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions. * Take accurate food and beverage orders. * Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner. * Ensure tables are properly set and maintained. * Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints politely. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. * Process bills and handle payments accurately. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. * Follow health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. * Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant. **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Hospitality or customer service training preferred. **Experience** * 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café. * GCC experience preferred (if applicable). **Skills \& Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Customer service–oriented with a friendly attitude. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Basic knowledge of POS systems. * Good grooming and professional appearance. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
