Customer-service focused role **Responsibilities** * Greet guests promptly and deliver an exceptional dining experience * Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into the POS * Serve dishes and drinks with attention to presentation and timing * Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas * Make menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate * Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions * Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams * Address guest concerns with professionalism and care **Requirements** * Previous serving experience preferred * Excellent communication and multitasking skills * Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays * Friendly, upbeat attitude and strong customer\-service mindset * Food safety knowledge is a must Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
