Summary: This role manages and supervises daily facility management operations, maintenance, technical teams, subcontractors, and tendering activities, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. Oversee tendering activities and prepare technical/commercial proposals. **Job Purpose :** **The main purpose of this position is responsible for managing and supervising daily facility management operations, maintenance activities, technical teams, subcontractors, and tendering activities. The role ensures efficient operation of building systems, compliance with safety standards, cost control, and successful execution of maintenance contracts and FM projects. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, SLA/KPI compliance, and efficient management of FM service delivery.** **Duties and responsibilities:** · Manage day\-to\-day facility management operations for commercial, residential, Offices, Towers and Palace projects. · Supervise preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities. · Ensure smooth operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and mechanical systems. · Monitor facility performance and implement operational improvements. · Coordinate with clients, tenants, subcontractors, and internal departments. · Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements. · Conduct regular site inspections and prepare maintenance reports. · Handle emergency maintenance issues and ensure quick resolution. · Monitor inventory, materials, tools, and spare parts requirements. · Manage AMC contracts and vendor performance. · Review tender documents, scope of work, BOQ, specifications, and drawings. · Prepare technical and commercial proposals for FM tenders. · Conduct site visits and attend pre\-bid meetings. · Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations. · Prepare cost estimation, budgeting, and pricing analysis/comparison. · Support contract negotiation and tender submission process. · Ensure timely submission of tender documents as per client requirements. · Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and compliance documents. · Supervise technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors. · Allocate manpower and monitor productivity. · Conduct toolbox talks and technical guidance sessions. · Support recruitment and training of FM staff when required. **Qualifications:** · Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field. · Facility Management certification is an advantage. . 8\- 10 years of experience in Facility Management operations and tendering. · UPDA/MMUP certification Grade A/B/C is a must. . Knowledge of QCS 2014 \& Qatar Civil Defense requirements. Pay: QAR8,000\.00 \- QAR10,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
