**Job Summary** We are looking for hardworking and reliable Factory Helpers to assist in the ironing and packing section of our garment production unit. The role involves preparing finished garments for final dispatch by performing pressing, folding, tagging, and packing tasks as per quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Operate steam irons or pressing machines to remove wrinkles and give a crisp finish to garments. * Ensure garments are ironed as per the quality and style requirements. * Handle delicate fabrics with care to avoid damage or burn marks. * Maintain ironing equipment and report any faults or maintenance needs. * Neatly fold and pack garments as per brand or customer specifications. * Attach tags, barcodes, and labels correctly to each item. * Arrange garments in polybags, boxes, or cartons based on order quantity. * Inspect garments for defects before packing and report any issues. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace. * Follow safety and hygiene practices at all times. * Assist in loading/unloading cartons or moving finished goods when needed. * Cooperate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations. **Requirements** * Previous experience in garment factory ironing or packing is preferred but not mandatory. * Basic understanding of garments and fabric handling. * Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. * Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours if required.
