The ideal candidate should be fluent in both **Arabic and English**, with strong communication, sales, and client relationship skills. Preference will be given to bilingual Arabic\-speaking candidates with experience in the Qatar market. Key Responsibilities * Generate leads through inbound and outbound channels * Identify and approach potential clients * Meet clients, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions * Prepare proposals and quotations * Follow up with prospects and close deals * Build and maintain long\-term client relationships * Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements * Minimum **4\+ years** of experience in Sales or Business Development * Mandatory fluency in **Arabic and English** * Experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, or IT Sales preferred * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and achieve targets * Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage Preferred Skills * Experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, or IT solution sales * Knowledge of website development, social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising is an advantage * Existing client network in the Qatar market is a plus What We Offer * Competitive salary \+ performance incentives * Career growth opportunities * Fast\-paced and collaborative work environment **Interested candidates are invited to apply and become part of a creative and ambitious team driving impactful brand growth in Qatar.** Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of *\_\_**\_\_*\_ experience in sales and marketing do you have?
