**WE'RE HIRING!** **ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (Operations \& Maintenance)** **Job Description:** Electrical Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing of electrical equipment, systems, and components. Their work typically involves a wide range of products and services, including electric motors, radar and navigation systems, communications systems, and power generation equipment. *Minimum requirements:* * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. * 8 years of proven experience in Electrical Engineering is required. * Only Freelancer will be accepted * Must be locally available in Qatar * A holder of a valid QID / Resident Permit * Can join immediately * Can provide his own food, accommodation and transportation *Key responsibilities but not limited to:* * Closely monitoring the CAFM system and coordinating with the helpdesk to close the tickets on time * Supervise the maintenance of electrical and ELV systems, including power distribution networks, control panels, ELV systems, and equipment. * Diagnose electrical faults and oversee timely repairs to restore functionality. * Develop, implement, and monitor the preventive maintenance schedules for electrical installations. * Ensure to complete the assigned project with the KPI described in O\&M contract. * Perform regular system checks and risk assessments to preempt potential failures. * Ensure all O\&M activities adhere to local codes, safety standards, and client specifications. * Prepare and submit technical RFI to client / consultants for new business, such as modification, enhancement, replacement, and fitout * Timely review and update the electrical load schedule and to ensure load balance. * Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to coordinate O\&M activities seamlessly. **Location: Place Vendome, Lusail** **Contract: Six (6\) months**.
