* Operate and monitor HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and PACU units. * Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. * Identify and report equipment malfunctions. * Maintain operational logs and records. * Support troubleshooting and basic repairs under supervision. * Comply with safety, environmental, and maintenance standards. **Qualifications & Experience** * ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline. * Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance. * Basic understanding of PACU, VRF, and control systems. * Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).
