The successful candidate will help learners develop essential HR knowledge and workplace skills aligned with current industry practices. Key Responsibilities * Deliver interactive classroom training sessions, workshops, and practical case studies in Human Resource Management. * Teach core HR topics, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices. * Incorporate real\-world examples, group discussions, role plays, and practical exercises into lessons. * Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback. * Prepare and deliver training materials that support effective learning. * Create an inclusive, engaging, and professional learning environment. QualificationsRequired * Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). * Minimum **3\+ years of professional experience** in Human Resource Management. * Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and workplace policies. * **Previous teaching, lecturing, corporate training, mentoring, or classroom instruction experience is required.** * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred * Professional HR certification (such as **CIPD, SHRM\-CP/SHRM\-SCP, PHR/SPHR**, or equivalent). * Experience delivering corporate training or professional development programs. * Knowledge of GCC/Qatar labor laws and HR practices is an advantage. * Experience using HR information systems (HRIS) is desirable.
