Provide leadership and technical guidance to AI teams **Head of AI \& Machine Learning – IT \& Digital Transformation** Company: Batuta Diseno Location: Doha Salary: QAR 50,000 per month Job Summary Batuta Diseno is seeking a visionary and highly experienced Head of AI \& Machine Learning – IT \& Digital Transformation to lead the organization’s AI strategy, innovation initiatives, and intelligent automation projects. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning solutions that support digital transformation, operational efficiency, and business growth. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute AI and machine learning strategies aligned with digital transformation objectives. * Lead AI/ML teams in designing, developing, and deploying scalable intelligent solutions. * Oversee enterprise AI initiatives including predictive analytics, automation, NLP, and deep learning applications. * Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to identify AI\-driven opportunities and solutions. * Manage AI infrastructure, cloud\-based ML platforms, and data engineering processes. * Ensure security, scalability, governance, and compliance of AI systems and data environments. * Drive innovation by researching emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. * Implement AI governance frameworks and ethical AI practices across projects. * Monitor AI model performance and optimize machine learning pipelines for efficiency and accuracy. * Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to AI engineers, data scientists, and development teams. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 8\+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or digital transformation leadership roles. * Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit\-learn. * Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and big data technologies. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI/ML deployment. * Strong knowledge of predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and deep learning technologies. * Experience leading enterprise AI transformation and automation projects. * Excellent leadership, strategic planning, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage cross\-functional teams and complex digital transformation initiatives. * Relevant AI, data science, or cloud certifications are preferred. الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
