Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety procedures **Job Title: Piping Foreman (MEP – HVAC Systems)** **Job Summary:** The Piping Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising a team of multi\-disciplinary technicians in the execution of HVAC piping works across industrial and commercial projects. This role involves overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems and associated piping networks, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to high\-quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage a team of pipefitters, technicians, and laborers for day\-to\-day project activities * Supervise the installation, layout, fabrication, assembly, and inspection of HVAC piping systems * Ensure all piping works comply with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards * Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and other trades to maintain workflow and avoid delays * Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines * Oversee testing and commissioning of HVAC and piping systems * Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with site regulations * Troubleshoot and resolve on\-site technical issues efficiently * Maintain productivity while ensuring high standards of workmanship **Requirements:** * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP projects, with strong exposure to HVAC piping systems * Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role * Strong leadership and team management skills * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to extended working hours when required * Good understanding of project specifications, drawings, and installation standards * Strong coordination and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR4,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
