Strong ability to balance technical requirements and timely procurement **Purchase Officer** – Electrical Background Accomodation, Transportation and Fat provided We are looking for Experienced Purchase Officer with strong knowledge of Electrical materials, equipment, and project procurement processes. Skilled in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing electrical products while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Possess sound technical knowledge of electrical systems, including switchgear, control panels, MCCs, distribution boards, cables, cable trays, conduits, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, transformers, and industrial electrical accessories. Experienced in reviewing technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings to identify procurement requirements and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers. **Key Responsibilities and Skills:** * Procurement of electrical materials and equipment * Supplier sourcing, evaluation, and vendor management * RFQ preparation and quotation analysis * Price negotiation and purchase order management * Technical comparison of supplier offers * Coordination with engineering, project, and site teams * Inventory monitoring and material planning * Delivery tracking and logistics coordination * Cost control and procurement optimization * Knowledge of electrical standards and project specifications * Computer and communication skills Strong ability to balance technical requirements, cost\-effectiveness, and timely procurement to support successful project execution and operational efficiency.
