




**Job Title:** Receptionist **Job Summary:** We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front\-desk operations and be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage communications, and ensure a welcoming and efficient reception area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls * Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy, organized reception area * Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries * Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff or meeting rooms * Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary * Provide basic and accurate information in person, by phone, or via email * Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations * Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary **Qualifications:** * Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Professional attitude and appearance * Customer service attitude and ability to handle pressure calmly **Work Environment:** * Office\-based environment * Standard working hours, with occasional overtime if needed * Interaction with multiple departments and external visitors daily Job Type: Full\-time
