**Desert Pro Fitness** is seeking an energetic, confident, and customer\-focused **Receptionist \& Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team. As the face of our fitness club, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming first impression, handling front desk operations, and driving sales performance to meet monthly targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm * Manage membership inquiries, registrations, renewals, and payments * Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and client follow\-ups promptly * Promote and upsell memberships, personal training packages, and ongoing offers * Achieve assigned **monthly sales targets** through proactive engagement and conversions * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area * Support marketing efforts by sharing gym promotions on social media platforms * Coordinate with management and trainers for smooth daily operations * Prepare daily reports on leads, sales, and attendance **Qualifications** * Previous experience in **reception, customer service, or sales** (fitness industry preferred) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Strong sales ability and a goal\-oriented mindset * Organized, reliable, and able to multitask efficiently * Arabic speaking is an advantage **Compensation** * **Basic Salary:** QAR 2,500 * **Commission:** Based on achievement of **monthly sales targets** * **Benefits:** Accommodation \& Wi\-Fi Provided **Working Hours** * 9 hours per day (including a 1\-hour break) If you are **enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about fitness**, join the **Desert Pro Fitness** family and grow with a brand that values energy, teamwork, and results. **Apply now and take the next step in your fitness career!** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR2,500\.00 per month
