Negotiate and secure contracts, maintaining client satisfaction and retention. #### **Section** Facility Management #### **Department** Facility Management #### **Qualification** Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing #### **Experience** Minimum 3 years of sales experience in facility management, manpower supply, cleaning services, hospitality services, landscaping, pest control, or related industries. #### **Skills** * Minimum 3 years of sales experience in facility management, manpower supply, cleaning services, hospitality services, landscaping, pest control, or related industries. * Proven track record in selling manpower outsourcing services and facility management solutions. * Presentation and proposal preparation skills * Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing * Additional certifications in Sales, Business Development, or Facility Management will be an advantage. * Experience in the Qatar/GCC market is highly preferred. * Existing network of corporate and government clients will be an advantage. * Provide management with accurate market feedback and business insights. * Strong time management and organizational skills * Well\-versed in MS Office Applications (Excel/Word, PowerPoint) * Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with fluency in written and spoken communication * Understanding of market trends and competitor analysis. * Valid Qatar driver’s license #### **Job Description** * Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, hospitality, healthcare, educational, commercial, industrial, and government sectors. * Promote facility management manpower outsourcing services for: * + Housekeeping staff + F\&B service personnel + Engineering \& maintenance technicians + Support services staff + Landscaping + Pest control + Front office receptionist services + Façade cleaning + Security * Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research. * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements. * Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, technical submissions, and tender documents. * Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements to secure contracts. * Establish and maintain long\-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and sales\-related matters. * Follow up on quotations and proposals to ensure timely closures. * Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
