Summary: Seeking an experienced professional for contract management within construction and capital projects, focusing on tendering, procurement, and claims. Highlights: 1. Hands-on experience in tendering, claims management, and variation control **Requirements:** * Minimum 13 years of experience in contract management within construction, infrastructure, real estate, or capital projects. * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field. * Proven experience managing FIDIC\-based contracts or similar contract frameworks. * Hands\-on experience in tendering, procurement support, claims management, and variation control. * Draft, review, negotiate, and administer construction, consultancy, and service contracts. * Manage tendering activities including contractor prequalification, bid evaluations, and procurement support. * Monitor contract performance, financial commitments, deliverables, and payment schedules. * Evaluate and manage variations, change orders, extension of time requests, and contractor claims.
