Summary: Seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to manage detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with teams for complex construction projects. Highlights: 1. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams **Position: Site – Senior Planning Engineer** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Review and understand the** project scope**, contract requirements, and construction methodology** * Develop, update, and maintain **detailed project schedules** using Primavera P6 * **Prepare and manage** baseline, revised, and recovery schedules * Monitor project progress and identify **delay events**; provide support for **EOT claims** **Requirements:** * **Minimum 15 years of experience in planning construction projects** * **Prepare and submit** weekly, monthly, and look\-ahead progress reports * Analyze schedule performance, productivity, and cost impacts * **Present project schedules and progress updates to** clients, consultants, and internal teams * Produce visual planning tools including **bar charts, network diagrams, and progress curves** * **Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure schedule compliance** * At least **8 years’ experience** planning and programming **large, complex projects** * **Strong expertise in** Primavera P6 **(Enterprise \& Contract Management)** * Proven experience in **schedule analysis, delay analysis, and cost control** * Ashghal project experience **preferred, particularly with** MEP / ELV projects * Membership in a **Chartered professional body** is an advantage * **Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills** **Preferred Certifications:** * PMP * **Primavera P6** * MS Project Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR15,000\.00 per month
