Improve workflows, remove bottlenecks, and establish measurable operational standards. Cross Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal departments, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects, systems, and operational priorities are delivered efficiently. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational frameworks that improve productivity, reduce risk, and maintain service continuity. Team Leadership: Mentor and support operational and technical staff while promoting accountability, collaboration, and high performance standards. Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and reporting frameworks to ensure business targets, service levels, and delivery expectations are consistently achieved. Stakeholder Communication: Present operational updates, business recommendations, and performance insights to leadership teams and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence. What We Are Looking For: Experience: 6\+ years of experience in operations, technical operations, business systems management, or enterprise service delivery, with at least 2\+ years in a senior leadership or team management role. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience managing teams, improving workflows, and leading operational improvements within a fast paced business environment. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise systems, operational reporting, process management, and technical service coordination. Language Skills: English (Professional Working Proficiency) is required for internal communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
