Coordinate with KAHRAMAA personnel for verification and support Job Description We are seeking an experienced **Service Technician** to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of **Water Quality Equipment (WQE), RCA analyzers, sensors, RTUs, panels, and associated instrumentation systems** at various KAHRAMAA water pump stations in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in **industrial instrumentation, analyzer maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, RTU communication systems, and control panels**. Experience with OEM equipment and maintenance procedures will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of **Water Quality Equipment (WQE), RCA analyzers, sensors, panels, RTUs, and associated systems** installed at KAHRAMAA facilities. * Respond to breakdowns, abnormalities, and defects reported by KAHRAMAA within **24 hours** of notification. * Identify fault severity and carry out appropriate troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities. * Prepare and submit **Site Inspection Reports and Corrective Maintenance Reports** in accordance with KAHRAMAA requirements. * Replace sensors and equipment components according to **OEM/manufacturer guidelines** and in coordination with KAHRAMAA representatives. * Maintain maximum operational availability of WQE and ensure healthy parameter readings at: * Local panels * Marshalling panels * Control panels * RTUs * Diagnose and rectify **communication, configuration, and signal output errors** in WQE/RCA analyzers and sensors. * Perform **recalibration of instruments** whenever maintenance activities affect measurement accuracy. * Submit preventive and corrective maintenance reports to KAHRAMAA on the **next working day before commencement of daily activities**. * Carry out maintenance and calibration activities in compliance with **OEM recommendations, QCS guidelines, and KAHRAMAA maintenance procedures**. * Inspect WQE panels, panel equipment, cables, glanding, cable dressing, and terminations. * Replace damaged or unhealthy cables after obtaining the required KAHRAMAA approval. * Install missing **tag numbers, identification plates, and panel labels** as required. * Coordinate with **KAHRAMAA Water Laboratory personnel** to cross\-check and verify water quality parameter readings. * Support the **installation, dismantling, relocation, and commissioning** of WQE/RCA equipment as directed by KAHRAMAA Engineers. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibration, inspection, troubleshooting, and equipment status. Qualifications \& Requirements * **Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma** in: * Electrical Engineering * Electronics Engineering * Instrumentation Engineering * Or a related technical discipline * Relevant experience in maintenance of **Water Quality Equipment, analyzers, instrumentation, or industrial control systems**. * Good knowledge of: * Instrument calibration * Troubleshooting * RTU communication systems * Water quality analyzers * Industrial instrumentation * Sensors and control panels * OEM training/certification from manufacturers such as **HATCH, Siemens, or other relevant OEMs** is preferred. * Familiarity with **OEM maintenance procedures, QCS requirements, KAHRAMAA procedures, and industrial safety practices**. * Ability to prepare professional **technical maintenance, inspection, and calibration reports**. * Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with KAHRAMAA engineers, representatives, laboratory personnel, and site teams. * **Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.** Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates with: * Previous **KAHRAMAA project/facility experience**. * Experience working at **water pump stations, water treatment facilities, or similar utility facilities**. * Hands\-on experience with **WQE and RCA analyzers**. * Experience with **HATCH, Siemens, or other major OEM equipment**. * Strong industrial instrumentation and analyzer maintenance experience. * Qatar/GCC experience in utility, water, or industrial maintenance projects.
