We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Electrical Engineer to contribute to the execution of our construction and commercial projects in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards. **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Manage, fabricate, develop, and test electrical equipment and systems at project sites. * Prepare and meticulously review engineering drawings and shop drawings. * Directly supervise technical staff and contractors on-site to ensure execution in compliance with approved specifications. * Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical) to ensure smooth project progress. * Prepare periodic progress reports and ensure adherence to established timelines. * Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, as well as local laws and regulations in Qatar (e.g., Kahramaa specifications). * Estimate material and equipment costs and manage technical procurement related to the electrical department. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. * **Experience:** Minimum of **5 years** of experience in construction and contracting (prior experience in Qatar is preferred). * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, engineering design software, and Microsoft Office suite. * **Languages:** Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). * **Professional Membership:** Registration with the Engineers Registration Committee (Ministry of Municipality – Qatar) is preferred. * **Personal Attributes:** Strong leadership skills, ability to solve technical problems, and capability to work under pressure. **Benefits:** * Professional and motivating work environment. * Competitive salaries and benefits commensurate with experience and competence. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. **Note:** Please attach an updated CV with "Electrical Engineer" indicated in the subject line of your application.
