Coordinate with consultants, designers, and MEP/HVAC teams **Job Title:** Project Engineer(Interior Fitout) \- **Availability:** Immediate joiners **Location:** Doha Festival City **Employment Type:** Monthly basis **Salary:** QAR 6,500 (All\-Inclusive) **Working hours :** 10 hrs a day \& 6 days in a week **Job Overview** We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineer – Interior Fit\-Out to support ongoing commercial and mixed\-use projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on experience in interior fit\-out execution, site coordination, subcontractor management, and quality control within fast\-paced project environments. This role requires a proactive professional capable of ensuring project delivery within schedule, scope, and quality standards while maintaining strict compliance with HSE regulations. **Key Duties \& Responsibilities** * Oversee and manage day\-to\-day interior fit\-out site activities. * Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and workforce to ensure smooth execution. * Coordinate with consultants, designers, MEP/HVAC teams, and suppliers. * Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings. * Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and project timelines. * Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control compliance. * Manage snagging, de\-snagging, and project handover processes. * Ensure proper material approvals, delivery coordination, and site resource management. * Prepare and review method statements and risk assessments. * Support preparation of as\-built drawings and project documentation. * Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Attend client meetings and provide project updates when required. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. * Proven experience in interior fit\-out projects in Qatar. * Strong knowledge of site execution, project coordination, and subcontractor management. * Experience handling commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or government fit\-out projects is preferred. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret technical drawings. * Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take\-off, and documentation. * Strong understanding of quality standards and HSE regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills. ***Please note that applicants should answer the pre\-screening questions to be considered for this position*** ***THOSE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY SHOULD APPLY.
