The successful candidate will be responsible for direct supervision of all on-site construction activities, ensuring their execution in accordance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and approved schedules, while fully complying with occupational safety standards applicable in Qatar. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Executive Supervision:** Daily monitoring of civil and architectural works on site and verification of compliance with approved drawings (Issued for Construction). * **Resource Management:** Assigning tasks to labor and subcontractors and monitoring their performance to ensure productivity and quality. * **Quality Control:** Ensuring all materials used comply with approved technical specifications and conducting necessary inspections in coordination with the Quality Control Engineer. * **Planning and Scheduling:** Updating project schedules and submitting periodic reports (daily/weekly) on work progress and any encountered obstacles. * **Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):** Ensuring implementation of all occupational health and safety (HSE) regulations at the worksite to minimize risks and injuries. * **Technical Coordination:** Coordinating among various disciplines (electrical, mechanical) to prevent technical conflicts during execution. * **Quantity Surveying:** Reviewing and verifying quantities executed on site and approving subcontractor payment applications. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. * **Work Experience:** Minimum of **(5\) years** of experience in contracting and construction; prior experience in Qatar is preferred. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera or MS Project). * **Licenses:** Registration with the Engineers’ Acceptance Committee of the Ministry of Municipality (UPDA/MMUP) is strongly preferred. * **Languages:** Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). * **Personal Skills:** Leadership qualities, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. **Benefits:** * Competitive salaries determined based on experience and competence. * A professional work environment supporting career development. * Housing and transportation allowances.
