Potential for training on specific workflow requirements. **DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT** is looking for **Document Controller** in **Doha, Qatar** **Scope of Work** The scope involves: * Filling approximately **60 parameters per asset** as per the attached Asset Strategy Report and sample Excel sheets. * The project consists of multiple **zones**, and each zone contains **15 disciplines** (i.e., 15 Excel files per zone). * In total, approximately **45 Excel sheets** require completion. The completed data must be structured in a format that can be: * Imported into the **Revit model**, and * Exported to **COBie**, in accordance with the Asset Strategy Report requirements . **Source Documents for Data Extraction** The team will be required to extract information from the following documents available in ACONEX: * Material submittals (datasheets) * Warranty certificates * Site inspections (INR) * Commissioning inspections (T\&C) * O\&M manuals * As\-built drawings * Spare parts lists * Spare parts lists **Required Skills** The task requires a team with: * Strong **Excel proficiency** * Working knowledge of **ACONEX** (document management system) * Ability to review technical documents and extract relevant asset data * At least **one team member with Revit knowledge** (to open models and support Excel import/export to COBie) — this would be an added advantage Training can be provided for specific workflow requirements if necessary Interested candidates share cv through email **hr@drawlines.com** or WhatsApp **77405500** Job Types: Full\-time, Temporary Contract length: 6 months
