Summary: This role involves meticulous material control, verification, and coordination to support project execution, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. Highlights: 1. Liaising with various teams for project success **Roles\& Responsibilities:** * Adhere to Safety and Quality Policies, Rules and Regulations. * Maintenance of a material control sheet and report to Material Controller. * Verification of Blind list \& Collect all blind from Client site warehouse. * Coordinate with execution team \& raise request for Hydro Test Blinds (vent spade \& Boiler maker). * Collect the Blinds from warehouse and provide to execution team before the de commissioning phase. * Recording and registration of all store items to be used on the project either “free issue” or brought specifically for project requirements. * Verification and Inspection of material used for project turnaround. * Verification of equipment numbers on material assigned to specific areas used on the project. * Liaison between the client, execution and inspection personnel. * Generation of non\-conformance reports (NCR). * Receipt of excess materials not used during the execution of the project. * Requesting for missing or additional requirement of material based on execution team request. * Attend other tasks as may be directed by the immediate supervisor.
