This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a vibrant team in a fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments. * Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. * Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction through effective management and communication. * Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures. * Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure high levels of performance. **Qualifications** * Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. * Strong understanding of hotel management software and customer service principles. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic are a plus. **Salary** Hourly rates range from **40 to 80 QAR**, depending on experience and qualifications.
