Identify stained or damaged items and assess their condition to treat stains, rewash, or discard them. Inspect cleanliness of items removed from washers, dryers, or dry-cleaning machines and place them in clean linen carts. Set dryer time and temperature according to fabric types in the load. Remove lint and debris from dryer and dry-cleaning machine filters and empty them after each load. Fold clean items to designated sizes manually or using a folding machine. Maintain accurate records of laundered and ironed items. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team to achieve common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds (11.25 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout an entire work shift. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Reach above shoulder height and below knee level, including bending, twisting waist, pulling, and stooping. Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Navigate sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs. Climb up and down service stairs and/or ramps.
