Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and respond to guest inquiries. Operate standard office equipment in addition to computers. Draft letters, memos, and other documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software. Transmit information or documentation using a computer, mail, or fax, including reviewing and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Enter and locate job-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems. Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak to others using clear, professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; and answer telephones using proper protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with fellow employees and departments; support team efforts to reach common goals; and listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by other employees.
