Regardless of your role, certain things are essential to succeed \- creating a safe workplace, complying with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional. The Guest Experience Expert role requires being on your feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and getting hands\-on in your work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) unassisted). It is essential that Guest Experience Experts perform all these tasks flawlessly (and any other reasonable task assigned to them) \- thus ensuring our guests remain satisfied and our business continues to thrive.
