Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping tasks and are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They are empowered to move freely within their space and do what needs to be done. Whether responding to guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public areas, or performing other similar housekeeping responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that hotel spaces contribute to an exceptional guest experience. Regardless of your position, certain things are essential to succeed — creating a safe workplace, complying with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional. The Guest Environment Expert role requires being on your feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and getting hands-on with your work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg)) without assistance.
