




**Job Title:** HR Supervisor **Job Summary** The HR Supervisor oversees daily human resources operations and ensures effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance. The role supports management and employees while supervising HR staff and coordinating all core HR functions. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage daily HR operations, including personnel administration and employee relations * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes * Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and government regulations * Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately * Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally * Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives * Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with finance * Support visa, residency, and government\-related documentation (if applicable) * Prepare HR reports, analytics, and monthly summaries for management * Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures * Supervise and guide HR officers or assistants **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum **5\-7 years of HR experience**, with at least **1–2 years in a supervisory role** * Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices * Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations * Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills * Ability to handle confidential information with integrity * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills **Preferred Skills (Optional)** * HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) * Experience in hospitality, retail, construction, or FMCG industries * Knowledge of payroll systems and government portals Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR1\.00 per month
