Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician / Specialist to carry out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of HVAC systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related mechanical equipment are maintained in excellent working condition to achieve maximum efficiency, reliability, and indoor air quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works within commercial, residential, or industrial facilities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment including AHU, FAHU, FCU, package units, split units, ventilation fans, exhaust systems, and chilled water systems. * Carry out corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems and identify faults in mechanical and electrical components. * Repair and replace defective HVAC components such as compressors, motors, belts, filters, thermostats, valves, sensors, and control devices. * Inspect HVAC systems regularly to ensure efficient operation and compliance with project and maintenance requirements. * Conduct routine servicing including cleaning coils, replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubrication, and system performance testing. * Attend breakdown calls and perform emergency maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize energy efficiency and equipment reliability. * Maintain proper records of inspections, maintenance reports, and completed service activities. * Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety standards, company procedures, and Qatar local regulations. * Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for planned shutdowns and preventive maintenance schedules. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3\+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance works. * Strong practical knowledge of HVAC maintenance and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems. * Experience in preventive maintenance schedules and fault diagnosis. * Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment independently. * Good understanding of safety requirements and maintenance procedures. * Ability to communicate in English. * GCC maintenance experience is an advantage. ***Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.*** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
