Key Responsibilities * Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. * Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and orientation schedules. * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. * Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance and leave. * Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries. * Handle employee relations matters, escalating complex issues when needed. * Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. * Coordinate training sessions and performance review processes. * Prepare HR reports for management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage. * Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. * Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
