**POSITION: 3D VISUALIZER** **PRIMARY OBJECTIVE** To create high\-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations, animations, and virtual experiences that accurately represent architectural designs, interior concepts, and product designs for client presentations, marketing materials, and design development. **KEY DELIVERABLES** \- Create 3D models, renderings, and animations of architectural spaces, interiors, and products using software like: **3ds Max, V\-Ray, Corona, Vintage, SketchUp** \- Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and concepts to develop accurate 3D representations. \- Collaborate with the architect, design team, and project manager to align the output with project requirements. \- Apply lighting, textures, and materials to enhance realism and mood. \- Stay updated on industry trends, software, and rendering techniques. \- Revise visuals based on feedback from stakeholders. \- Maintain a proper archive file **SKILLS \& QUALIFICATIONS** \- Proficiency in **3D modeling/rendering softwares** (3ds Max, V\-Ray, Corona, Vintage, SketchUp) \- Strong eye for Lighting, composition, and detail. \- Knowledge of post\-production tools (Photoshop, After Effects). **EDUCATION EXPERIENCE** \- Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). \-2 \+ years of professional 3D visualization experience (portfolio required). **PERFOMANCE METRICS** \- Quality/realism of renderings (client/stakeholder feedback). \- Adherence to project timelines. \- Efficiency in revisions. **Only local residents will be considered for this position.** Send your resume and portfolio to: **hr@lagoondesign.qa or \+974 4431 8238** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR7,000\.00 per month Location: * Doha (Required) Application Deadline: 10/09/2025
