The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher with a postgraduate specialization in Special Educational Needs or Inclusion and a proven track record of effective leadership in SEND provision—familiarity with expertise in the UK National Curriculum. The SENCo will coordinate the identification, assessment, and support of students with SEND across all phases of the school. It will include developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), overseeing targeted interventions, and ensuring appropriate accommodations are in place. A key aspect of the role involves working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, parents, and external specialists to foster an inclusive learning environment.
