Opportunity for professional development and career growth **Consulting Coordinator** **Rapdev Consulting LLC – Al Rayyan, Qatar** Rapdev Consulting LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Consulting Coordinator** to support consulting operations, project delivery, and client engagement activities. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination between consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and high\-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate day\-to\-day consulting project activities across multiple client engagements * Support consultants in scheduling meetings, workshops, and deliverable timelines * Track project progress, milestones, and action items to ensure deadlines are met * Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentation materials * Serve as a communication bridge between clients and consulting teams * Assist in gathering requirements, notes, and feedback from client sessions * Maintain project management tools and ensure data accuracy and consistency * Support onboarding of new consultants and client stakeholders * Monitor project risks and escalate issues to senior consultants or management when needed * Assist in preparing proposals, status reports, and internal performance summaries Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in coordination, project support, or consulting environments * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) is an advantage * Ability to work effectively in fast\-paced, client\-facing environments Preferred Skills * Experience in consulting, IT services, or professional services firms * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously * Basic understanding of business processes or technical project delivery What We Offer * Opportunity to work with diverse clients and consulting teams * Professional development and career growth within a consulting environment * Collaborative and performance\-driven workplace culture نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
